Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering to participate in the "Dussehra Diwali Dhamaka" campaign (referred to as "Campaign"). By proceeding with your registration and participation, you hereby acknowledge, accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
🎯 General Terms
1. Eligibility Requirements
This campaign is exclusively open to Indian Citizens residing in India who have attained the age of 18 years or above (referred to as "Participants"). Any entries submitted by individuals below 18 years of age will be automatically disqualified.
2. Employee Exclusions
The following individuals and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation:

Channel partners and their staff

Advertising agencies associated with HPCL

Service providers and event managers connected to this campaign

Any third-party vendors involved in campaign execution
3. Campaign Duration
The "Dussehra Diwali Dhamaka" campaign commences on the announced start date and concludes at 01st October till 31st October 11:59 PM on the specified end date (referred to as "30 Days").
4. Legal Restrictions
Campaign participation shall be considered void in any State or Union Territory where such promotional offers are prohibited under local laws or regulations.

5. Participating Locations
This campaign is available at select HPCL retail outlets across SCZ (Telangana) region. The complete list of participating outlets is displayed on the official campaign website. HPCL reserves the right to add or remove retail outlets at its discretion during the campaign period.
6. Terms Acceptance
Participation in this campaign is deemed as complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without any reservations.

7. Information Consent
By entering this campaign, participants agree that:

8. Fuel Purchase Requirements
Only customers meeting the following minimum purchase criteria are eligible:
For 2-Wheelers:

Petrol: Minimum ₹300 purchase required

PoWer95: Minimum ₹200 purchase required
For 4-Wheelers (Cars/SUVs/MUVs):

Petrol: Minimum ₹1500 purchase required
-
PoWer95: Minimum ₹1200 purchase required
9. Entry Submission Process
Eligible customers must:

Scan the QR code displayed at the retail outlet
-
Fill required details including mobile number, name, fuel amount, vehicle type, and bill number
-
Upload bill image during registration process
-
Receive confirmation SMS upon successful registration
-
Confirmation SMS indicates valid entry for electronic draw
10. Winner Notification
If a customer wins any prize in the lucky draw, they will receive:

SMS notification
-
WhatsApp message, or
-
Direct phone call
All notifications will include instructions for prize claiming at the respective retail outlet.

11. Technical Issues
Neither HPCL nor its dealers or authorized agencies shall be liable for:

Inability to scan QR codes due to technical errors

SMS delivery failures

Any technical malfunctions preventing participation

Issues related to free gifts or prize distribution
12. Multiple Entries

Customers may purchase fuel multiple times during the campaign period

Each customer can participate as per eligibility criteria mentioned

Only one entry will be valid per bill number

Duplicate entries for the same bill will be automatically rejected
🎁 Prize Structure & Distribution
13. Bill Preservation
Customers must preserve the original fuel purchase bill OR a clear mobile photo of the bill for prize claiming purposes. Loss or damage of the original bill/photo will disqualify the customer from claiming any won prizes.
14. Bill Verification
HPCL and its authorized agencies reserve the right to conduct thorough verification of all bills issued to customers from participating retail outlets.
Customers who fill above ₹200 of Power fuel / ₹500 Petrol (2W) and above ₹1200 of Power fuel / ₹1500 Petrol (4W) are eligible to participate in the campaign lucky draw.
Customers must fill fuel as per the eligible fill rate, scan the QR code, enter basic information, and provide a rating to the pump attendant across the 5 given criteria.
In addition to customer prizes through the lucky draw, the Top 3 performing CSAs will also win exciting rewards.
Each customer is eligible to win the fuel coupons or bumper prizes only once.
Customers must retain the fuel bill and provide Aadhaar card / PAN card as ID proof for prize validation.
15. Lucky Draw Structure
Electronic lucky draws will be conducted for eligible participants with the following prize categories:
Weekly Draws:

Monthly Draws:

16. Prize Tax Obligations

Insurance, road tax, and gift tax for vehicles will be paid by HPCL

Images shown in campaign materials are for representative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary from displayed images while maintaining equivalent value.
18. Warranty Terms
Lucky draw prizes will be subject to standard warranty terms as defined by respective manufacturers. HPCL will not be responsible for manufacturer warranty issues.
19. Identity Verification
Winner customers must provide valid identity documents including:

20. Prize Forfeiture

Unenforceability or invalidity of individual clauses will not affect other terms and conditions. Remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.
33. Damage Liability
HPCL shall under no circumstances be liable for:

34. Indemnification
By participating, customers release and indemnify HPCL from all liability, costs, losses, or expenses arising from:

⚖️ Jurisdiction & Disputes
35. Legal Jurisdiction
Courts of competent jurisdiction at Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this campaign. Campaign participation is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not give effect to these terms and conditions.
36. Governing Law
All issues regarding construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
37. HPCL Indemnification
HPCL indemnifies itself and its officials/representatives from any cost, damage, liability, or consequence related to promotional prize performance under applicable law.

44. Unclaimed Prizes
Prizes not claimed within 30 days from announcement date will be forfeited. HPCL reserves the right to award such prizes to other participants or dispose of them appropriately.

HPCL reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice for reasons including:

Campaign participation is voluntary. Participation constitutes complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. If any participant is dissatisfied with the campaign or its requirements, their sole remedy is to refrain from participation.
